Happy 3-Minute Thursday!

You are busy, so let's make this quick. No fluff, no filler, no spamming. Just three minutes each week could change everything.

Minute 1 - Idea

Stop debating if you should make something or not. Make it. Record it. Write it. Build it. ANYTHING. The world gets better, kinder, weirder, and more fun when people stop limiting themselves to others' imaginations and go and do.

Minute 2 - Quote

Journalist and author Gail Sheehy, on growth:

“If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we are not really living.

Growth demands a temporary surrender of security. It may mean a giving up of familiar but limiting patterns, safe but unrewarding work, values no longer believed in, relationships that have lost their meaning.

As Dostoevsky put it, “Taking a new step, uttering a new word, is what people fear most.” The real fear should be of the opposite course.”

Minute 3 - Reflection

When we fail to choose things for ourselves, we unwittingly outsource our lives to the world around us:

Others will choose for you if you don’t choose how to use your time. If you don’t choose what is important, others will choose for you. If you don’t choose what to think or believe, others will choose for you.

There are only two possible outcomes in this life: You choose who you are—or it will be chosen for you.
