Minute 1 - Why you should want the worst parking spot.

Parking lots tell you everything you need to know about people.

Maybe everything is a stretch, but there are few places like parking lots that bring out the worst in us. It's the only place where it's acceptable to cut people off without second thought. Drivers have little consideration for those walking in the rain, and we are aghast at someone getting twelve feet closer to the building than us.

Imagine if, instead of fighting over the best parking spot, we fought over the worst. It is a beautiful image of the church when you think about it. You don't know who you might be blessing, and you don't make a big deal out of it either. You simply pass up the best so you can take the worst.

These small acts signal a larger decision to follow Jesus' teaching to become a servant.

Minute 2 - How to change others without ticking them off.

Life becomes an adventure when we start to view every moment (like taking bad parking spots), decision, and dialogue as an invitation to be the change we want to see in others.

Minute 3 - Who can I unknowingly serve today?

If you make it a point to put others first, you'll never run out of chances. In a world where everyone competes for the best spot, sign up to be the last and see what happens next. If you do it right, nobody will ever know.

Have you ever honked aggressively at someone on the road only to pull next to them at a stop sign or, even worse, get out at the same store? Be kind to people. One kind thing to do is sharing the 3MN with a friend. Use this link: https://www.paytonminz.com/
